1. To praise highly.

Former first lady Betty Ford was eulogized as a courageous trailblazer. 

Malaise (noun) (ma-leyz)

1. A condition of general bodily weakness or discomfort, often marking the onset of a disease.

2. A vague or unfocused feeling of mental uneasiness, lethargy, or discomfort.

 The workplace malaise could be costing businesses as much as £93 billion in lost productivity.
