Glib (glib) (adj): Speaking or spoken in a confident way, but without careful thought or honesty

 

No one was convinced by his glib explanations.

                 

Jaded (JEY-did) (adj):

 

1.       Not having interest or losing interest because something has been experienced too many times.

 

2.       Worn out or wearied, as by overwork or overuse.

 

Flying is exciting the first time you do it, but you soon become jaded.
